What is The Tweet Tank?

You may have heard about the Tweet Tank and about how it can help you to get targeted followers for your Twitter account.

I heard about this program about a month ago, and decided to try it out. First of all, the cost was very reasonable. I paid around $27.00, which was a one time fee.

When I first opened up the program, there were a total of 8 video tutorials which described in depth how to set up my Tweet Tank account, and how to connect it to my Twitter account. The directions were easy to understand, and within about a half hour, I had my account all set up.

This program contains a few very wonderful features. The feature that attracted me the most was the ability to pre-write your tweets and schedule them for a later time within the day. This has saved me so much time, and I really take advantage of it.

Another feature that makes this program stand out is the ability to search for people to follow based upon keywords. Of course with the way Twitter works, these people will need to follow you back or your marketing efforts will be fruitless. So, ta da, this program, has an automatic indicator of how many people that you should follow back, and how many people you should un-follow as well. With the push of a button, you can follow, un-follow, or follow back any number of people that you wish.

On the downside, I only found 2 limitations with this program. The first, is not due to the program, but focused around Twitter's rules and regulations. With the Tweet Tank, you have the capabilities to automatically follow 999 new people per day. However, Twitter will not like that and may shut down your account, so I suggest you only add around 499 per day.

The other downfall is that I seem to have difficulty accessing my account from 9 pm to about 11 pm (EST) This is due to a high volume of activity within The Tweet Tank and within Twitter as well. So to overcome this, I just recently started using it earlier in the day, and have had no problems whatsoever.

You can get your own Tweet Tank here and see how it can help to automate your marketing efforts!
